The choice in titles makes perfect sense. Its hard enough to compete for a job, let alone do it with a felony conviction and potentially years away from the job market.

Entrepreneurship is the answer - and in promoting that spirit everyone wins...

Industrious people, trying to distance themselves from past mistakes, who are vested in society - stand a much better chance of staying out of trouble.
